5. Account Termination & Consequences
VIOLATION CONSEQUENCES

- Permanent termination of your I APP IT account upon violation confirmation
- Removal of all applications created using our platform
- Forfeiture of all fees paid without refund
- Reporting to appropriate authorities for illegal activities
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for violations of our prohibited uses.
6. Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content, data, and information contained in or transmitted through apps created using our Service. I APP IT acts as a platform provider and does not monitor or control the content of individual apps.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain all intellectual property rights to your website content and the apps you create. I APP IT retains all rights to our platform, technology, and branding.
8. Limitation of Liability
I APP IT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless I APP IT, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
